Certain things are dear to us, and we want to share them with you. As we asked ourselves, “What are we setting out to accomplish?” we explored what we want to be, and what we might not. These are our promises.
We make these promises
We'll stand behind our products
We can’t think of a quicker path to failure than disappointing our customers. If you aren’t satisfied with your experience on our website, our customer service, or our products, we ask you to give us a chance to make it right.
We will use real people in our product photos
Well, wherever we can (and we sure would like to use more). Honestly, we don’t know where some companies manufacture their models. We use real people, and it turns out we even know some. We’ll always give credit and recognition, too. And we’d love to get pictures of you and your friends wearing Seaboarder apparel. We’ll recognize you, too.
Have a photo of you wearing Seaboarder? Send it in. You might just end up here!
We won't charge an arm and a leg
It’s pretty simple to us. We can’t have enough nice-looking, comfy t’s. But we’re not spending $50 on one. First, we don’t have it, and second, if you are like us, you know the odds of stains are pretty good.
This isn’t to say we wouldn’t like to control our costs, but that comes with volume. The more we save on costs, the more we can do things like fund projects, get the word out, advertise, and really make a difference.
We really do care about clean water and beaches
We’re putting away a little bit from every sale towards this. Some people say data has replaced gold as a most-valued asset. We think it’s sustainable clean water and oceans, for the good of all.
We aren't political
We don’t get involved in, donate to, or otherwise support any party, philosophy or candidate on any level. To each his or her own.
We want Seaboarder to be about you
Really. That’s why we have an Advisory Board made up of customers who influence the direction of the company, and why we ask for your designs and product suggestions. If you want to be a part of our future, please get involved.
