Orders and shipping
You can track the progress of your order here.
You will need to know, among other things, your order number and shipping address.
Note: you must have registered for an account to track shipping.
At this time we ship only in the United States (although we’re hoping that will change).
As a general rule, shipping cost is determined by the carrier, and is dependent on things like your shipping address and speed of service.
From time-to-time we may offer promotions that include flat-rate or free shipping.
Orders over $100.00 ship free.
If you hurry. We work hard to process and ship your orders quickly. Once shipped, it’s out of our hands, and you would need to return or exchange your item(s). But, if you contact us quickly, we may be able to catch it in time. We promise we’ll try.
Shipping typically takes 5 to seven business days. You’ll receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped.
Returns and exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your order, we will work to make it right.
If the item shipped is not what you wanted, we will refund your purchase amount.
If the item is the wrong size, color, or product, we will refund your order or send you the correct item.
Items are considered New if they are in original packaging, unworn, unwashed and you contact us within thirty (30) days of the date of delivery.
Gently Used Items
If, after a couple of wears and washings, you find an item to be defective, please contact us. In these instances we will work with you to exchange the item, give you store credit, or provide a refund.
Items are considered Gently Used if they have been lightly washed or worn and you contact us within forty-five (45) days of the date of delivery.
Contact us about a return or exchange (please be detailed and provide your order number).
We have lots of ways you can be involved, because we want our customers to guide the growth and direction of our company and projects.

Our advisory board is comprised of customers who have been nominated or otherwise selected. They serve one-year terms and are actively involved in decision-making, product design, initiatives and more. They make up the backbone of Seaboarder, and they guide us as we grow.

We are always looking for new designs. The most inspiring designs become shirts, and full credit is given to the designer.

We want your vote and suggestions about new products as we grow. Periodically we will hold a vote in which you tell us what you’d like to see in our store.
Our advisory board will consider the votes, conduct a cost and feasibility study, and determine what’s next.
